Flitread is an iPhone speed reader built around Flow Mode: instead of flashing one word at a time like older RSVP apps, it shows your text one natural phrase at a time (“in the middle of”, “the old lighthouse”) right where your eyes already rest. Phrases are detected on-device with Apple’s natural-language engine, each word’s optimal recognition letter is subtly bolded to anchor the eye, and timing is humane rather than metronomic: longer phrases stay up longer and sentence ends breathe.
Readers can paste text, import EPUB, PDF, DOCX, HTML, or plain-text files, pull readable articles from a URL, or share to Flitread from any app. Every book remembers its exact position and its own pace, with a live words-per-minute readout and reading stats. Flitread is a one-time $3.99 purchase: no subscription, no account, and no features held back for later.
